B. Global Fulfillment Partners (Direct-to-Consumer Model) - IMPORTANT
keliving operates a direct-to-consumer logistics model to ensure competitive pricing and product availability.
By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your Identity and Contact Data (specifically Name, Shipping Address, and Phone Number) will be transferred to our manufacturing and logistics partners located in ASIA (e.g., China) for the sole purpose of delivering your order.
Without this transfer, we cannot fulfill the contract and deliver the goods to you.
C. Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
7. International Data Transfers
Since keliving is based in the Netherlands, serves customers in the United States, and fulfills orders from Asia, your data will inevitably be transferred internationally.
