Origin & Logistics (Important)

Please note that our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners and logistics centers in Asia. By eliminating middlemen and local warehousing costs, we can offer you premium quality products at a fairer price.

Delivery Times

We ask that you consider the following estimated timelines:

1. Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to verify, pack, and dispatch your order.

2. Transit Time & Total Estimated Delivery:

  • United States: 6–8 business days transit time. (Total Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days from the date of order).
  • United Kingdom: 6-10 business days in transit time. (Total Estimated Delivery: 7–12 business days from the date of order).

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or high carrier volume.

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States and the United Kingdom – with no minimum purchase requirement.

Customs, Duties & Taxes 

United States: Generally, orders valued under $800 USD are exempt from duties under the US de minimis threshold. However, should any customs duties, taxes, or import fees be assessed by US Customs and Border Protection, they are the sole responsibility of the customer. keliving has no control over these government-imposed charges.

United Kingdom: All customs duties and taxes are already included in the price. No additional costs will be charged upon delivery.

Carriers & Tracking

Your order is shipped via international logistics partners and handed over to local carriers for final delivery:

  • United States: USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail or Evri

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. This allows you to track the status of your package at any time on our website.

Delivery Issues

If there are issues with your delivery – such as significant delays or lost packages – please contact our customer service team immediately at support@keliving.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue.
